I have known Shiva for almost 15 Years. I have seen him grow from a technical role in India to a Full scale Business development role in Asia. Shiva has grown with the Simulation business in Siemens and taken this business to new heights in Asia. I worked with him as part of the same portfolio development team. I was in charge of Japan and he was in charge of Asia Pacific.
